The Municipality of Santa Maria is comprised of 24 barangays, each serving as the smallest administrative division in our local government structure. Every barangay is led by elected officials including a Punong Barangay (Barangay Captain), Barangay Kagawad (Councilors), and Sangguniang Kabataan (Youth Council) members.

These dedicated public servants work tirelessly to address the needs of their respective communities, implement local programs, and serve as the primary liaison between residents and the municipal government.
